Xada provides Product Information Management (PIM) software that enables businesses to centralise, manage, and synchronise product data across multiple sales channels. Our Services include data enrichment, validation, automation, and integration with third-party platforms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
